  • Rewarding Environment

    ACE CELTA Centre in Siem Reap provided an excellent environment in which to study, the facilities were good, and the staff was helpful and friendly. One of the best aspects of the facilities was the cafe, which was a wonderful place to relax, grab some food and meet other trainees. I’d highly recommend to anyone who is keen to undertake a CELTA course that they go to Siem Reap, Cambodia for a month: it will be extremely rewarding, both professionally and personally!

  • Valuable Challenge

    The course was very intense, but each assignment and lesson was very beneficial. Listening to the tutor’s feedback was also very helpful, and getting to watch others teach was a great learning experience.   • Ideal Setting

    It’s hard to imagine a better place to take the CELTA training course than at ACE CELTA Centre in Siem Reap. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. All of the teaching facilities and equipment were new and worked well.   • The in-put sessions are practical and helpful, but I learned the most from teaching, watching fellow trainees teach and the feedback sessions that followed. While the written assignments added more stress, they really introduced some great aspects of teaching that you wouldn’t fully get if you only focused on putting together a teaching plan and teaching itself, i.e. reflecting on a learner’s needs and really analyzing some language points.
